Terms
and Conditions:
After
making the reservation, you will recieve a confirmation
of your reserved dates, at which time a security deposit
will be requested. Upon arrival, the balance due will
be paid in full by cash, check, or credit card.
There
will be a $25.00 in-house charge for any returned checks,
regardless of the reason.
There is a
two night minimum. Weekly rates are available.
Cancellations
must notify us no later than four weeks prior to reservation
date, after which the advance deposit is refundable only
if the house can be re-rented for the canceled period.
No refunds for early departure.
Automobile
and occupancy limits (including guest's friends, relatives,
associates, etc., who are not spending the night) will
be strictly enforced at all times unless prior arrangements
have been made with this office.
Violation of
any federal or state laws, or house rules is grounds for
immediate eviction without refund.
