Regular physical exercise can lift your mood and your energy. Our program is designed to help people decrease pain, increase flexibility and range of motion and sleep better. Water exercise has been proven to improve overall health status and a person's outlook on life.
Each class will be approximately 45 - 60 minutes, offered 2-3 times per week. Class sizes will be limited and based on availability.
LOW IMPACT WATER AEROBICS CLASS
Offered: MWF 10:30 a.m., 6:00 p.m.

Class is designed to get the whole body moving through stretching, strength, an endurance exercises. All exercises are done at a comfortable pace to accommodate those with limited mobility. Recommended for people of all ages, especially seniors, before or after surgery, or those with injuries.
BACK WELLNESS WATER AEROBICS CLASS

Classes are designed to help alleviate pain and increase mobility in people who have back and/or neck problems. This slow paced class uses stretching, strength and endurance exercises that focus on the back and neck.
