Job Summary/Requirements: |
| Physical Therapist (Licensed) |
To evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine patients in an outpatient physical therapy facility. Requires a working knowledge of orthopedic physical therapy, pre and post operative care, and aggressive sports physical therapy. This individual will be required to participate in community education, staff in-services and volunteer work with local high school athletics. Must pass pre-employment drug screening. |
Physical Therapist Assistant (Licensed) |
To treat, under the supervision of a physical therapist, a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine patients in an outpatient physical therapy facility. Employee is required to have a working knowledge of orthopedic physical therapy, pre and post operative care, and aggressive sports physical therapy. This individual will be required to participate in community education, staff in-services, and volunteer work with local high school athletics. Must pass pre-employment drug screening. |
| Patient Accounts Representative | To perform the daily activities of patient accounts collection. Must have a high school diploma, HFCA billing, posting, and reconciling experience required. Previous medical office experience, collections, and financial experience helpful. Must pass pre-employment drug screening. |
| Accounts Payable Clerk/Admin. Assistant | To perform all accounts payable duties and assist with secretarial functions. Must have a high school diploma, accounting experience, and pass a pre-employment drug screening. |
| Accounts Receivable Clerk/ Patient Accounts Representative |
To perform the daily activities of the accounts receivable and patient accounts collection. Must have a high school diploma, HFCA billing, posting, and reconciling experience required. Previous medical office experience, collections, and financial experience helpful. Must pass pre-employment drug screening. |
| Physical Therapy Aide | To provide aide to the Physical Therapist in all facets of patient care. This would include setting patients up for treatment, preparing appropriate modalities, assisting patients through exercise programs and general upkeep of treatment areas. Computer input of daily charges and occasional front office work as directed. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Ten hours of instruction in modalities, ethics, confidentiality, precautions, terminology and safety procedures. Annual CPR certification. Must pass pre-employment drug screening. |
| Receptionist | To perform the daily activities of the physical therapy front office. This includes answering phones, scheduling of patients, assisting patients with necessary forms, and preparing patient charts. Must have a high school diploma. Previous medical office experience helpful. Must pass pre-employment drug screening. |
