jeremyJeremy M. Carlson, M. S. P.T.

Jeremy has been interested in athletic rehabilitation from a young age, which led him to pursue a career in physical therapy.  He graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 1998, and then received his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University. Jeremy is currently pursuing credentials from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy as well as certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist from the American Physical Therapy Association.  His future education plans include a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of physical therapy diagnoses.
           
Jeremy enjoys patient interaction and the satisfaction of helping patients achieve their goals.  His intention is to assist patients in improving their level of independence as quickly as possible through education in self-management of their conditions.
           
In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and son.
