Toni Boguslawski, M.S.P.T.
Toni Boguslawski was born and raised in Green Bay, WI. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Exercise Science major, and an emphasis on Athletic Training in 2002 from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, WI. While at Lakeland, Toni had the opportunity to work with several collegiate and club athletic teams. She also received the Lakeland College 2001-2002 Outstanding Student in Exercise Science and Sports Studies Award, and she completed her Athletic Training Certification in 2002.
Toni often spent time volunteering while living in the Sheboygan area, most of which in the physical therapy setting. It was during this time that she decided to continue her education and pursue physical therapy. She attended Physical Therapy school at The University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. Throughout her schooling she traveled around the country completing her clinical internships. Her final clinical assignment was at Medford Sports Injury and Therapy Center in Medford, OR working with Steve Zerkel. She graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy Degree in 2004, and immediately moved across the country to join the company in Medford.
Toni’s main emphasis as a physical therapist is building rapport and patient trust for a positive experience with a good physical therapy outcome.
In her spare time, Toni enjoys spending time with her family.
